We ship from Guernsey.

We currently ship to selected destinations, including the UK, USA, and Canada, where available at checkout.

Orders are usually processed as quickly as possible after payment is received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and, where available, tracking details.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the courier, weather, customs processing, and busy periods.

If a parcel is delayed, held by customs, or returned because of an incorrect address or unpaid charges, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Orders shipped outside Guernsey may be subject to import duties, taxes, and courier handling fees when they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or standard shipping costs unless stated otherwise at checkout.
